Traffix Group offers industry-based work experience to civil engineering undergraduates through the Traffix Group Scholarship Program at Monash University.
The scholarship program comprises a cash award and paid work experience for six to 12 weeks during the university vacation period.
Two scholarships are awarded annually to students who intend to pursue careers in transport engineering. The scholarships are offered to a student completing Level 2 and a student completing Level 3 of their Bachelor of Engineering (Civil Engineering) studies.
The Level 2 scholarship is awarded in memory of Anthony Mirabito, a previous scholarship recipient who tragically died in a road accident in 2004. This scholarship is generously supported by the Mirabito family.
These scholarships are awarded on the recommendation of the head of Monash University’s Department of Civil Engineering. Selection is based on applicants’ written submissions and interviews by a committee comprising representatives of the department and Traffix Group.
