A key challenge for Traffix Group in the successful development application for this ‘triple-bottom-line’ project was overcoming resistance to the absence of car parking for the 20 apartments and three shops.

We built a comprehensive case that a car-free development could work in this location without disadvantaging other residents or creating on-street parking problems.
