Traffix Group has provided a range of services for the $5M redevelopment of this former sawmill site into four-star accommodation, several take-away food premises, a community market and petrol station.

Our services included traffic engineering assistance for the town planning application and construction of a new roundabout on the Maroondah Highway, and expert evidence at the Victorian Civil Appeals Tribunal hearing.

Since the successful VCAT application, we have prepared detailed functional plans for site access and the roundabout, and conducted an independent road safety audit of the proposed design.
